Mykorini, a restaurant located on the level of the outdoor pool and the sea at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik hotel, opened in June 2025, offers a unique family-style experience – dishes are shared at the table, creating an atmosphere of togetherness, joy and the celebration of life. The Mykorini menu takes guests on a culinary journey from Mykonos and Santorini to Dubrovnik. Dinner begins with a series of traditional dips and starters: tzatziki with a hint of dill, smoked eggplant in melitzanosalata, and spicy tirokafteri made from feta and peppers. This is followed by delicate seafood bites such as sea bass carpaccio with a citrus dressing, and marinated red prawns with tomato and black lime.
Warm dishes and fresh salads further enrich the gastronomic experience – from classic Greek and pantzari salad with beetroot, goat cheese and carob vinegar, to shrimp saganaki and spanakopita, and grilled octopus with fava and sun-dried tomatoes. The main courses offer a balance of sea and land: sea bass fillet with lemon sauce, chicken and beef souvlaki from the grill, served with homemade pita bread and tzatziki, as well as Greek side dishes such as potatoes with feta and oregano, and vegetables braised in Mediterranean style. The meal concludes with a sweet ode to Greek desserts – baklava with kaymak ice cream, portokalopita, loukoumades with honey and cinnamon, and Mykonos pineapple brûlée with exotic notes of passion fruit and coconut.
