Spring Gourmet Days

A gastronomic event celebrating the flavours of spring

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board, in collaboration with local restaurateurs, is organizing the traditional Spring Gourmet Days gastro event, which will take place from the 19^th to the 27^th of April, 2025, across numerous Dubrovnik restaurants.

With the arrival of warmer and sunnier spring days, Dubrovnik’s chefs—drawing inspiration from the abundance of fresh seasonal ingredients—have created a variety of imaginative and flavourful dishes that are sure to delight every visitor. During this gastronomic event, you’ll enjoy specially prepared meals crafted just for this year’s gourmet edition—from spring risottos and shrimp ceviche to pljukanci (Istrian hand-rolled pasta) with boškarin (Istrian ox) and many other delicious surprises.
