FROM LEMON TO SIMULATA
Workshop Presenter: Jadranka Ničetić
Participants will discover the story of the lemon and its role in the life and traditions of the Dubrovnik region, tour the lemon gardens, and take part in preparing simulata, a traditional delicacy from Župa, followed by a tasting.
