AN EVENING WITH MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF TIBOR VALINČIĆ
Five-course dinner This time, Villa Čingrija welcomes Tibor Valinčić, head chef of Zagreb restaurant Dubravkin Put and the youngest Croatian chef to hold a Michelin star. Originally from Bjelovar and now one of the mentors on RTL’s culinary show “The Chef Games”, Valinčić has earned a reputation as a chef who refuses to compromise, whether when it comes to the quality of his ingredients or precision in the kitchen. The evening begins with greetings from the kitchen before unfolding into a story without a rigid order or rules – a succession of bites travelling from delicate to intense, from the sea to the fire, and from continental Croatia towards the south. The guiding thread is not the order of the courses, but the journey itself – from the familiar to the unexpected, shaped by the hand of a chef who refuses to compromise.
