Workshop Presenters: Members of the Župa Heritage Association Župa prijesnac is a traditional delicacy made from homemade cow’s milk cheese and eggs, and an essential part of the gastronomic heritage of Župa Dubrovačka. The recipe has been passed down through generations “by eye,” which means that every household has its own special version. During the workshop, led by members of the Župa Heritage Association, participants will learn how prijesnac is prepared and discover the story behind the customs, local ingredients and traditions that this gathering helps to preserve and pass on to new generations.
