SKORUP CAKE Workshop Presenter: Marija Papak Skorup cake is a special traditional cake that preserves memories and evokes the flavours of childhood for many native Dubrovnik residents. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and is made with almonds and skorup, or traditional clotted cream. Its distinctive flavour comes from homemade cow’s milk skorup, a rich, creamy dairy product. Traditionally prepared for special occasions, the cake has a rich, creamy and slightly rustic flavour, with a dense and moist texture. Free admission, reservation required:
