Due to the awarding of the Europa Nostra "Heritage Champions" prize to the Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiquities, as part of the central celebration of the Year of UNESCO World Heritage in Dubrovnik, the Cultural Historical Museum in the Rector's Palace will be closed to all visitors on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
On the same day, October 26, 2024, entry to Dubrovnik Museums will be free for all visitors. The Cultural Historical Museum in the Rector's Palace can be visited for free after 1:30 PM, the Maritime Museum in St. John's Fortress and the Ethnographic Museum in the "Rupe" granary from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the archaeological exhibitions in Revelin Fortress from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
