From the 22nd to the 24th of October 2026, Dubrovnik will host the British B2B forum The Meetings Space (TMS), which connects international MICE buyers with hotels, DMC agencies, convention bureaux and other service providers.
Over two and a half days of an intensive and highly professional programme, Dubrovnik will welcome more than 85 qualified European buyers, representatives of agencies organising conferences, congresses, meetings and incentive travel from the United Kingdom and European Union markets, as well as more than 140 exhibitors and service providers (suppliers) from the EMEA region, including leading hoteliers, DMC agencies, tourism board convention bureaux and other specialised service providers. Particular focus will be placed on key European source markets, including the UK, Western Europe, the DACH region and Mediterranean destinations.
The forum is structured around pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, enabling buyers to meet new suppliers in a targeted way while giving service providers an opportunity for direct contact with qualified decision-makers. According to previous experience from TMS forums, as many as 90% of suppliers at each event meet entirely new buyers, while 70% of buyers discover new suppliers, making forums of this kind an extremely effective tool for expanding business networks and establishing new partnerships.
The forum will be hosted by Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, while key destination partners include the Dubrovnik Tourist Board and DMC agency DT Croatia – Dubrovnik Travel DMC, in cooperation with the Croatian National Tourist Board.
A Programme Combining Business Meetings with the Destination Experience
The Meetings Space forum programme has been designed to combine business meetings with opportunities to discover Dubrovnik through a variety of destination experiences.
Participants will arrive in Dubrovnik on Thursday, the 22nd of October, when hotel check-in will be followed by a welcome evening and networking dinner at a historic venue in Dubrovnik’s Old City, Lazareti. Friday will be dedicated to a combination of business meetings, networking and exploring the destination. Following morning B2B meetings and a networking lunch, participants will be able to choose from a range of activities, including a tour of the historic city centre, ATV adventures, boat trips, kayaking and other experiences.
The programme will conclude with a gala, or signature TMS, dinner at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik. Saturday will feature another block of business meetings, followed by a farewell lunch and the departure of participants.
For selected buyers, the programme will continue even after the official conclusion of the forum. Around 40 buyers will take part in an additional 24-hour post-fam programme, offering a dedicated day to discover Dubrovnik and the wider destination in greater detail.
In addition to the direct business benefits, the arrival of TMS in Dubrovnik provides further confirmation of the city’s positioning as one of the leading Mediterranean MICE destinations, with a well-developed high-end hotel infrastructure, distinctive cultural and historical heritage and an increasingly strong range of incentive activities.
Full information about the programme, partners and registration is available on the official TMS website: Dubrovnik – The Meetings Space.
