Spring Gourmet Week

Organized by the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Spring Gourmet Week will take place from 6 to 12 April 2026, celebrating fresh seasonal ingredients and the creativity of Dubrovnik’s chefs. During the seven-day event, visitors will be able to enjoy specially created spring-inspired menus in some of the city’s most renowned restaurants and taverns, including Restaurant Banje Beach, Konoba Belvedere, Konoba - Pizzeria Blidinje, Restaurant Dubrovnik, Fish Bar El Pulpo, Ezza Steak & Cocktail Bar, Restaurant Gusta Me, Restaurant Kavana Lazareti, Hotel & Restaurant Kazbek, Restaurant Kopun, Restaurant Marco Polo, Restaurant Orsan, Piccola Venezia Tapas Bar & Lounge, Pino’s Fun and Dine, Restaurant Port 22, Porto Restaurant & Bar, Bistro Revelin, Konoba Rozario, Restaurant & Bar Ruđer, Restaurant Stara Loza, Restaurant Veranda 2.0, Taj Mahal - Hotel Lero, Taj Mahal - Old Town, Konoba - Pizzeria Vita Bella, Restaurant Zoe, and Restaurant Zuzori.

The event brings together a diverse culinary offering from traditional cuisine to modern gourmet interpretations with a strong emphasis on local ingredients and authentic flavours, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience Dubrovnik’s vibrant spring gastronomy.
