DESCRIPTION:Book Bridge FestivalBook Bridge is conceived as a multilingual\, three-day festival that brings together authors from different language groups. It was launched in 2024 as part of the Ponta Lopud creative platform\, which\, in addition to literature\, also offers established festivals in the fields of film and music – the Film Festival (June) and the Jazz Festival (August). Book Bridge celebrates and nurtures literary talent in Croatia and hosts domestic and foreign thinkers and authors. From compelling conversations to presentations of domestic and foreign authors\, to literary workshops and discussions\, Book Bridge encourages community collaboration and reminds us of the importance of open dialogue building bridges between cultures and nations.
